If your like me, and have a soft spot in your stomach for a juicy grilled pork chop, this meal is for you! I tend to grill all year long, but when the weather starts to break and the birds start singing in the backyard, I really get the itch to fire up the grill. This recipe starts with a homemade dry rub of herbs and spices along with some brown sugar to bring out the best in pork. The chops sizzle as they hit the hot grill, turned once and their done. Meanwhile the potato wedges are tossed in olive oil with a generous amount of fresh rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper, then baked until golden brown. The meal is finished off with a side of tomato salad made of tomatoes, red onion, parsley, mozzarella cheese, lemon juice and olive oil. Oh boy, ring that dinner bell, It's time to eat!

1. Mediterranean Grilled Pork Chops - Bone-in center cut pork chop dusted with our homemade pork rub, then flash grilled to juicy perfection. Served with baked potato wedges tossed in fresh rosemary and Californian extra virgin olive oil and a side of tomato salad.
2. Chlebicky - The Classic Czech Party Sandwich - Slices of baguette bread spread with apple salad and topped with ham, pepperoni, and cheese. These party favorites are elaborately decorated with condiments of sliced tomato, pickles and fresh herbs.

3. Cheese Balls - 2 Flavors - Bacon Chive and Cheddar Pistachio. Order 8 ounce cheese balls separately or add crackers and a wood cheese spreader

4. Mac & Cheese - Made with our gourmet cheese spreads. This weeks flavors are Bacon Chive and Garlic Herb with Tomatoes

5. Bohemian Donuts - Silky smooth fried butter dough filled or topped with various creams, fruit jelly and sugar
